May 31st at Omega Road Winery Inspired by Chef Debbie’s recent trip to New Orleans, this supper club brings together Creole depth and Northern California seasonality. The evening begins with a welcome pour, followed by curated wine pairings by Alexandra Henkelman of Omega Road Winery. The first course by Chef Amanda—a corn & crayfish fritter with Cajun butter and pickled vegetables—sets the tone: crisp, rich, and balanced with brightness. From there, the menu is guided by Chef Debbie into a refined spring gumbo centered on seasonal produce, followed by a Creole-braised local Pacific rockfish with creamy grits. Finished with a reimagined seasonal strawberry shortcake. Four courses. Layered flavor.
